Karen is a founding member of Awake, neighborhood resident, and AmeriCorps Volunteer who is currently up to the kingdom of God work of “cultivating a sense of community along the Aurora corridor and linking neighbors to neighbors by coordinating the Aurora Communal Garden, hosting garden cookouts, visiting area motels, and connecting motel residents to services and activities in the area.” Contact Karen here.

Ben is a founding member of Awake, neighborhood resident, and church planter supported by the Christian Reformed Church, Sanctuary Church, and a host of other faithful partners. His current ministries include leading, discipling, teaching, and equipping the amazing, gifted, and beloved saints of Awake for ministry. He also runs the neighborhood blog Aurora|Seattle.
